As no one likes reading the "Terms and Conditions" part, we tried to keep it as succinct as possible. Please take time to read the terms and conditions to make the best of the advantages we offer. It shouldn’t take more than three minutes.
The www.SkyGuru.eu website is operated by MR & Co. d.o.o., Cesta v Zgornji Log 67, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, European Union.
By visiting and purchasing via the www.SkyGuru.eu online shop, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the paragraphs below. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please do not use our service.
How to order
We aim to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. You can order products directly from our website. After clicking the "Buy Now" button you will be redirected to the PayPal online payment processing page where you will be able to complete your order with just a few clicks.
(Placing the order via email is also possible.)
Prices
All prices are given in euros (€). Prices may be modified without prior notice. Products will be invoiced at the price stated on the day the order was placed.
Shipping Cost
For all orders (worldwide) delivery is 9,40€.
Payment Options
Online payments will be processed by PayPal. PayPal offers payments with credit cards (Visa and Mastercard are generally accepted along with other credit cards in some countries) or via a PayPal account.
If you prefer a direct bank transfer, please send us an email to receive a proforma invoice.
Transaction Security
To ensure the safety of all credit card payments, all credit card transactions are processed by PayPal. PayPal provides secure online transactions and guarantees confidentiality of your credit card information.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
According to Slovenia's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract for any item within 15 days of delivery.
But we want to offer more and would appreciate your feedback. Whether you are satisfied or would like your money back after the 15-day deadline (even up to 30 days after the delivery!), just drop us an email – no questions asked.
But bear in mind we can only refund goods that are in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Delivery Information
Orders will be dispatched to the address given during the checkout procedure. Upon receiving the order, SkyGuru will ensure the products are dispatched within 3 working days.
Average delivery time: EU countries 3-6 working days, non-EU countries 5-14 working days. All orders will be sent via national mail service.
Customs & Duty
In non-EU countries duties and taxes may be payable on delivery depending on the delivery country.
Please note that the recipient shall bear all delivery-related costs charged by the country and/or shipper such as (but not limited to) all applicable local customs charges, duties, tariffs, taxes and/or fees.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your package is not delivered in due time, please contact us by email.
Please provide as much information as possible to help us track your delivery and keep you updated.
No worries though, all shipments are covered with full insurance!
Defects and Defective Products
While SkyGuru makes every effort to deliver high quality products, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from defects. In case of an error or a defective product, send us an email including the details about the error/defect or non-conformity of the product no later than within 8 working days after the delivery. You will receive an email with the instructions on the return procedure. The postage and cost of the product(s) will be refunded unless the claim is found to be abusive or unjustified.
Warranty
All SkyGuru products are supplied with a full 12-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship that are not result of normal use or accidental damage.
Personal Data Protection
Under no circumstances will SkyGuru communicate any data concerning its customers to any third parties. The information collected will be used exclusively for the purposes of customer order processing or complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
